Become a fully qualified Indoor Cycling Instructor with Override Academy
CIMSPA accredited - 10 CPD points
At the Override Academy, you will learn all the skills necessary to be able to coach a group indoor cycling class, including indoor cycling techniques, rhythm and performance riding, choreography, and class programming.
The Indoor cycling course will also cover the fundamentals of anatomy and physiology, health and safety and customer relations and communication.
2 day course (plus 10 hours approx. independent work)
*both days must be attended

Prerequisite: To be eligible, you must have attended as a participant indoor cycling classes for a minimum of 12 months or have a background in fitness, music, musical theatre or dance.
