GENERAL & ACADEMY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
1. GENERAL
1.1 The Signee hereby indemnifies and hold harmless Override, its assigns, employees, and appointed contractors against all or any claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising as a result of the use of all Override services and/or facilities. This indemnity is granted in the personal capacity and in any representative capacity in which the Signee may be signing.
1.2 The Signee agrees that no warranties, representations, or agreements of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, express or implied, have been made by Override.
1.3 In the event any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the signed person agrees that the remainder of this agreement will be valid and enforceable.
1.4 The Signee may be photographed during classes and consent to the utilisation of such photographs on Override Website, social media accounts and other press and publicity or publications by/or featuring Override. The Signee further acknowledge that they shall have no claim for compensation from Override in respect of the use of such photographs.
2. STUDIO OPENING TIMES
2.1Details of session times at Override may vary from time to time. Session times will be published by Override and will be available at Override www.overridespincom.
2.2 Override reserves the right to make changes to the schedule at its discretion.
2.3 Override reserves the right to vary, adapt or amend the classes offered at Override, including the location of the classes, at its sole discretion
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Details of class prices and package are available on the www.overridespin.com. The prices are determined by Override from time to time. All paid for credit and membership packages will expire 12 months from purchase date. Any unused credits will no longer be valid. First class free credits expire 1 month from claim date.
3.3 Subject to any statutory right of cancellation payments for classes, packages, and retail in any amount are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions. If a package is bought and only part used there will be no refund available for the remaining sessions. In the exceptional case that a refund is given this will be calculated by charging for the number of classes used and not the value of the package purchased. This will be at the manager’s discretion who will consider refund requests in writing.

4. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
4.1 The Signee may only book or reschedule sessions for themselves via www.overridespin.com Signees will be charged for a session where cancellation or the rescheduling of a session is not made online or notice of the same is not delivered by hand to Override and received in person by a Override staff Signee at least 12 hours prior to the booked time.
4.2 Sessions are booked on a first-come first-served basis. A Signee may use the waiting list facility in the event that his first choice session is unavailable. If a Signee joins the waiting list for a particular session and then books that session his/her booking will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Booking and the Cancellation Policy in the usual way.
4.3 Cancellations must be made online using the www.overridespin.com. Override is unable to accept telephone and email cancellations. Cancellations must be made 12 hours before the class start time otherwise the Signee will be charged for the class. Cancellations will be given a credit for a future class.
4.5 All Signees are required to be signed into their booked class on arrival at least 5 minutes before its start time. Failure to do this will be treated as a ‘no show’ and the booked space may be given to someone else.
4.6 Any available spaces will be allocated within the last 5 minutes before the class starts. Priority will be given to Signees on the waitlist, and then remaining spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
4.7 The Booking and Cancellation Policy applies to all Signees.
5. FITNESS AND HEALTH
5.1 Signees are advised not to undertake the activities offered at Override without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. Override reserves the right to refuse access to any Signee if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of such facilities.
5.2 Signees with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities, detached retina, HIV, who are very overweight or underweight, or who are pregnant, should not attend class until they have written permission from their doctor. If there is any doubt, the Signee should consult his doctor. Signees must notify Override of any circumstances affecting their health, which may be exacerbated through use of Override.
5.3 Signees must be in good physical condition and able to participate in the classes made available by Override, with the understanding Override personnel are not licensed to and have no special expertise in diagnosing, examining, treating, or otherwise assisting with any medical condition or the effect of the use of equipment or participation in programmes with respect thereto.
5.4 Signees are required to follow the instructions of the instructor at all times.
6. LIMIATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 Override cannot be held responsible for any particular session, instructor and/or item of equipment not being available for whatever reason. Override reserves the right to make alterations to the sessions, instructors, class timetables, class format and duration, as well as to those ancillary facilities, provided to Signees, without notice and in its absolute discretion and Override will not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except insofar as such loss is by law incapable of exclusion. d

6.2 It is the Signee’s responsibility to ensure that they are capable of participating in the class which he attends. Signees accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any session especially if they have any concerns. Signees understand that participation in the classes made available by Override are at sole risk, understanding that there is risk of injury and other accidents, and hereby agree to assume the full risks thereof, foreseen and unforeseen.

6.3 Override accepts no liability for loss or damage to property of Signees or for injury to Signees on Override premises or outside Override except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.

6.4 Override does limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Override, its staff or agents, but otherwise excludes all liability to Signees.
7. USE OF FACILITIES
7.1 A Signee is entitled to use Override facilities provided always that Override may at any time without notice withdraw all or part of its facilities for any period or periods and with notice, where practicable, in connection with any cleaning, repair, alteration or maintenance work or for reasons beyond the control of Override.
7.2 Teenagers between the age of 13-18 may only use Override and attend teen classes with written consent from a parent.
7.3 Signees will behave responsibly with the equipment in Override. Signees will be responsible for and will pay for all damage, cost, loss and expense for the property of Override that they have directly or indirectly caused or due to improper usage or care.
8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
8.1 Personal belongings are brought onto Override premises at the Signee’s own risk and Override does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
9. SIGNEES
9.2 Acceptance of a person as a Signee is in the absolute discretion of Override
9.3 Override reserves the right to expel from Override, suspend for a specific period or refuse purchase from a Signee whose conduct is or may, in The Override’s reasonable opinion, be injurious to the character of Override or which amounts to a breach of the Terms and Conditions or where such expulsion is otherwise in the interests of the other Signees of Override. Any Signee so expelled will forthwith cease to be a Signee of Override and will not be entitled to any refund for any period during which they are suspended.
9.4 If a Signee brings a guest to Override for a session that guest must before the commencement of the relevant session become a Signee in accordance with and subject to the Terms and Conditions.
9.5 If any payment whatsoever under this Contract remains outstanding beyond the due date Override may add to the outstanding sum to be collected the reasonable and necessary costs incurred by Override in employing a third party to collect the outstanding sum.
9.6 Subject to any statutory right of cancellation, payments for Classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions. Classes are non transferable to another person.
10. DRESS
10.1 Signees are requested to wear a form of dress appropriate to the practice of fitness. We recommend that Signees wear tight pants or shorts and a T-shirt or sports top.
10.2 Signees should have water for themselves during a class.
11. SAFETY AND HYGIENE
11.1 In the interests of safety and hygiene, no crockery, glass or food are permitted in the studio. Only water is permitted in Override. No drinks other than water are allowed in Override. Other than with the exception of guide dogs no pets are permitted in Override.
11.2 Signees should wipe down their bikes and bike area after use with the hygiene wipes or spray. Signees are obligated to leave the bikes in a clean situation for the following user.
11.3 Signees must use the main entrance to Override when entering and the side exit when leaving Override. Fire exits, which are clearly marked, are there in the interests of safety and Signees must not interfere with these exits for any reason. In the event of a fire, Signees are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit.
11.4 Attendance at the class is always subject to Override operating at a safe capacity. Entry to class is on a first come, first served basis.
12. OTHER
12.1 Signees are required to give notice to Override of any change of home address or email address. Failing such notice, all communications will be assumed to have been received by the Signee within five days of mailing to the last address (of either type) notified to Override.
12.2 Override reserves the right to refuse admission to Override.
12.3 A person who is not a party to the Registration Process has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely upon or enforce any term of the Registration Process.
12.4 Override may, if a Signee so wishes, communicate with the Signee by email. By providing an email address to Override, the Signee consents to receiving email communications from Override, including notices pursuant to the Terms and Conditions. The Signee also accepts the risk that email may not be a secure and confidential means of communication. Override will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of communicating with a Signee by email.
12.5 Signees must at all times observe Override guidelines and Code of Conduct which may be notified to them from time to time. Signees are requested to comply with any reasonable directions which the management of Override may issue to ensure the smooth operation of Override for the convenience of all Signees.

12.6 Any marketing, educational or other materials of this nature whatsoever produced by Override in connection with Override and which are made available to Signees at Override will at all times remain the property of Override and will be subject to Override’s copyright.

13.1 To maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all members, Override Reformer reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises whose behaviour, language, or clothing is deemed offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

13.2 This includes (but is not limited to) verbal comments, gestures, or attire displaying slogans, symbols, or imagery that may reasonably cause discomfort or offence to others.

13.3 Members found in breach of this policy may be asked to leave the studio immediately and may have their membership or class access permanently revoked, without refund.

13. INTERACTIVE MATERIAL

Portions of our website and on our social media sites may allow users to post their own material. Materials posted by users do not necessarily reflect the views of The Override. By posting materials on this site, you represent that you have all necessary rights in and to such materials and that such materials will not infringe any personal or proprietary rights of any third parties, nor will such materials be defamatory, unlawful, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

 

Override reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, edit or delete any material posted by users which Override deems defamatory, unlawful, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Over expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any material communicated by third parties through this website.   1. Course Details
  • The Override Indoor Cycling Instructor Course takes place in person, in North Finchley.
  • Attendance on both days stated on booking is mandatory to complete the course.
  1. Booking & Payment
  • The total cost of the course is £295.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.
  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Transfers to future courses may be considered at the discretion of the course provider.
  1. Adjustments & Special Requirements
  • Any adjustments or accommodations required for the learner (e.g., medical, learning needs) must be declared at least 7 days before the course start date.
  1. Course Completion & Certification
  • Successful completion of the course requires full attendance and participation.
  • The course provider reserves the right to withhold certification if the participant does not meet the required standard.
  1. Liability
  • The course provider is not responsible for any injuries or personal property loss during the course.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part in indoor cycling training.
